Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place an order inquiry please go to my contact page and fill out the request. I aim to respond as quickly as I can.

Q: How much notice do I need to give to order cookies?

A: I tell my customers to give me as much notice as they can. There are certain months such as December that tend to book quite far ahead due to the holidays and such.

Q: Do I offer refunds?

A: No, but if it is my mistake I will do my best to make it right.

Q: Do you ship your cookies?

A: No, unfortunately I do not. I work under the Texas Food Cottage Laws which does not allow shipping of cookies. I am local pickup only in Waco, Texas.

Q: Can you freeze decorated cookies?

A: Yes, absolutely! Freezing is super simple and a great way to keep your order if your event date changes or I am fully booked and I am not able to accommodate. To freeze: carefully place your wrapped cookies in a container on their sides and freeze. To thaw your cookies set them out the night before on the counter but do not open the container until they are fully thawed. This is very important as the condensation could ruin the cookies. 

Q: Do you offer different flavors?

A: I sure do! My signature and most popular cookie is vanilla bean. Some other flavors are strawberry lemonade, mini chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, chocolate, peanut butter and peanut butter chocolate chip. You can have a different flavor per dozen, so for example if you order two dozen you can get two flavors total if you wish. I offer seasonal flavors as well!
